Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 13, 2026

Welcome to Brainloot, operated by Neuro Pathmaker LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Brainloot iOS application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Brainloot is a health-tracking application for neurodivergent families. You can log symptoms, factors, and events; the Service surfaces patterns and produces reports you can share with your providers.

2. Not Medical Advice

Brainloot is an educational and tracking tool. Nothing in the Service is a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed healthcare professional. Patterns surfaced by the app are observations, not diagnoses.

3. Accounts

You sign in with Apple (Sign In with Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Brainloot offers paid subscriptions (Plus and Pro). All billing is processed by Apple through the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the health information you log. You grant us a limited license to process that information solely to operate the Service for you. You can export and delete your data at any time.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that pattern detection results will be accurate, complete, or medically relevant.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuro Pathmaker LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
